Welcome to the LexDigo Client Portal Manual. This guide will help you efficiently manage client interactions through our platform. Here, you will learn to administer your clients’ information, facilitate their access to documents and case files, and ensure fluid and secure communication.
At LexDigo, we have integrated advanced tools to enhance your clients’ experience. Thanks to these tools, you will be able to manage their portal access, share documents, track cases, and maintain direct and effective communication.
Below, we explain how to use these tools to improve organization and streamline your workflow. This will ensure effective management of information and client relationships.
With LexDigo, your clients can easily communicate with their lawyer and receive updates on their case status from any device. Additionally, LexDigo for Clients is available in Spanish, ensuring a comfortable and accessible experience for everyone.
From the website’s homepage, clients can easily access their private area using their email and password. This quick access facilitates the management and tracking of their case.
Once inside, they can consult case files (both current and past), review issued invoices, and sign documents. All of this, from a single location, ensures a more organized and efficient workflow.
By entering their case file and navigating to the files tab, they can share files with the lawyer and all collaborators involved in their case.
This makes uploading files for the case, such as PDFs, XLSX, and images, as well as their subsequent deletion, easy.
⦁ Our client will be able to have fluid communication through the communication tab within their case file.
The client will always be informed via email, receiving notifications every time updates are made to their case file.
Additionally, they will receive notifications with reference numbers that will direct them to case updates, which helps reduce unnecessary communication and streamline the flow of information.
