Introduction to Electronic Time Tracking
Since May 12, 2019, it has been mandatory for all companies in Spain to maintain a daily record of their employees’ working hours, as established by Royal Decree-Law 8/2019. This record aims to comply with current regulations and ensure the control of hours worked, including overtime.
